A Moment of Madness

If you are one of the 291 visitors (as of this posting) who has visited this site since the start, you may have noticed that we’ve changed the subtitle at the top of this blog. It used to read:

We are two Gildas and we are writing a cookbook and documenting every step—from inception to publication! 

Then while at my computer tonight, eating Chinese with one hand and tweaking font sizes with the other, it hit me. We can’t say “from inception to publication!” It’s not like we have a book deal! Neither of us has blogged for more than a few weeks out of our lives! Who are we kidding? I’ll change it to “inception and beyond!” But then all I could hear in my head was the Madness song One Step Beyond from the 1980s.

So, I pared it down. We are just going to document, make a record and have some fun. Maybe even create a little buzz, if we’re lucky.
